Car Wrapping Film in White Matt
Multi-layer, cast white matt high-performance film in a thickness of approx. 110 µm, coated with a pressure-sensitive solvent-based acrylic adhesive. The adhesive is textured for faster application and removal of air bubbles. Specially designed for vehicle wraps and highly deformed substrates. The noble looking matt surface distinguishes this car wrapping film. Combined with the air channel technology on the back, it is easy to apply.
Advantages of this car wrap film at a glance:
- 3D easily adaptable to curved surfaces (heat with a hair dryer)
- easy to apply and remove
- Temperature resistant -40 °C to +90 °C
Please note that the colour reproduction can only serve as a non-binding guide.
Instructions for use
- To ensure a uniform appearance, always keep the same filming direction to ensure colour uniformity depending on the viewing angle.
- In the case of painted substrates, only apply to undamaged original paint. In the case of new paintwork and/or damaged paintwork, the film applicator assumes all risks during application and removal of the film.
- Due to their structure, metallised films and glitter films become slightly matt when stretched. To achieve a uniform appearance and avoid edges, it is necessary to slightly heat (40 °C) and stretch the entire film surface when applying the film.
- The matt films are sensitive and especially susceptible to scratches and pressure marks. They should therefore be processed very carefully. If marks are left after bonding, they can be reduced by heating (maximum 90 °C) the surface with a heat gun.
- Due to their special structure, matt films tend to get dirty more easily than glossy PVC films. Such films must be cleaned more frequently and/or for longer periods. Cleaning can be difficult for films that are exposed to heavy soiling (e.g. racing cars, rally cars, etc.).
Note: This film contains highly concentrated pigments to ensure optimum opacity. In some cases, colour stains may appear on the cleaning cloth during cleaning. This is because the excess pigment is absorbed onto the surface of the film. However, this does not affect the appearance and durability of the film in any way. This phenomenon can occur especially when using products containing solvents.
Durability guide values | |
---|---|
vertical alignment (± 10°) outdoors | 6 years |
non-vertical orientation | 3 years |
Horizontal alignment (± 10°) | 2 years |
The actual durability of a product depends on a variety of parameters including, for example, the quality and preparation of the substrate, environmental conditions (environment, climate, angle of exposure), film maintenance and the level of air pollution.
Orientation at a different angle reduces the resistance to climatic influences, which can result in an impairment of the gloss level and the colour, and even in mealy spots. The ageing process of the film is particularly pronounced in the case of application on the bonnet, due to the horizontal orientation as well as the effect of heat from the engine.

Application recommendations
Prolonged exposure to sunlight, weathering and air pollution can cause the film to age. If the film is severely damaged (fading, flour dust, brown colouring, etc.) by prolonged and intensive exposure to sunlight, outdoor weathering or exposure to pollutants, it must be removed immediately to prevent damage to the underlying paint layer. A laminated vehicle must be protected from sunlight and weather influences (rain, dew, etc.) as often as possible: park in the shade during the day and in a closed garage at night (if necessary, cover the vehicle with a protective tarpaulin).
